We operate within the RICS code of conduct and have Client Accounts into which rent, and service charges, are paid and from which ad hoc expenses are paid. These bank accounts are ring fenced and kept separate from our business expenses.
Our schedule of charges and fees

Attending courts and tribunal proceedings | £75 for the first hour, £35 per hour thereafter |
Dealing with licence to alter applications | £100 fee |
Assignment and subletting administration | £60 fee |
Property sales – giving information to prospective purchasers, vendors or their agents of the leasehold interests in the individual dwelling including pre-contract enquiries | £200 per application |
Responding to re-mortgage enquiries | £80 fee |
Dealing with breaches of the lease, for example, late payment of service charges | Based on time involved at £35 per hour |
